Grandma's placemats

Last year for Christmas I made a series of place mats for Grandma Wilson. I had a ball making them. Most are original or adaptations of patterns. As you can see, I can't figure out how to rotate pictures, but you get the idea. It was fun watching her open each one individually and be surprised at how crazy they all were.

some quilt gifts

My younger sister works with a couple who have an ill child- poor little guy is on the heart transplant list. They are planning on a fundraiser to assist the family so I decided to make this wall hanging to send to her to add to the silent auction.

This little frog wall hanging is for my friend the school psychologist. Despite the fact that every year she reminds me that she is younger than me (for six months anyway) I give her something to hang in her office I think the kids will like for her birthday. This is an assortment of musical frogs.

Here is a quilt that I made for the young woman who grew up next door- she just welcomed her second baby, Mallory. Her dad was a pro ball player so they got a kick out of the baseball backing.
